Yes. This is called condensation.

what you could do is leaf the ac off and go for a drive, if there is no water then you are okay, if there is still water the there is a leak and that's never a good thing leafing it not checked out.
This is normal with vehicle A/C. After pulling out and seeing the puddle, check the moisture and if it is clear and does not smell, it is fine. If it has a sweet smell or is yellow or green, that it may be radiator fluid and you need to have it checked.

Absolutely normal to have condensation under your car from ac. The more humid the weather, the more condensation that will puddle.
