Driver side Grip Handle

Just bought a 2015 SLT-1 and found that they do not have a drivers (lef front) grip handle. The other three positions (right front and both sides rear seats) have them. GM lists a part # for the left front grip handle.  Was this inadvertently not installed or intentional? Since there is a part # for it can I have it installed by GM without warranty issues?

it may only be offered as an upgrade or on a different trim level. you should not have any warranty issues from installing something like this. you could probably install it yourself in about 5 minutes and save paying someone else the labor charge.
