Why won't I blow any hot air?

Started one morning, it warmed up fine and blowing heat. Stopped left idling, when I came out 10 min. latter truck was running hot. Turned heat up to help draw out some heat and was blowing cold air. Checked anti freeze  and is full and stayed full. Feels like air is stuck on. Truck is not running hot any more either.
