It will depend big time on the model. The new Genesis has been selling well. The elantra is a big seller as well. Dealers hate to have left over vehicles but won't put themselves in a place where they have none of their popular vehicles on hand. The best time to buy is month end and year end. September/October are particularly good months to buy a new car because lots of dealers want to make room for their new model year cars coming in. Now that we are into November, keep a close eye and if you see something you really want thats a good deal then snap it up because they tend to go fast. In Sept a dealer near where I live was advertising a brand new 3.8 Genesis for just under $26,000. Killer deal! Only way to beat that deal is watch the papers and the websites of the dealers you want to buy from closely. It can be a crap shoot from here tip the end of the year. You really want to watch for a dramatic mark down. Those will come sometime in the next 6 weeks!! I'm looking forward to something new or used myself!!

Crossing my fingers for even more discounts on a 2014 Genesis 5.0 R-Spec myself. There are good deals to be had, but I want an even better deal! I'd imagine you won't see much more in the way of discounts on the newer cars (e.g., 2015 Sonata Limited) until they've got all of the 2014s off the lot. Volume dealers at the end of the month (and then at the end of the year) will be your best bet in that regard.
