So I went to AutoZone to buy battery and a battery
that they gave me wasn't the right one but I didn't
know that at first so I hooked it up and once the
horn was blaring for about 10 seconds I
disconnected everything took it back and got the
new battery which was the right one and now my
car won't start all it does is Click do you have any
idea what's going on

I think you have a security system issue which was not caused by the other battery. Battery type is all about the size/capacity, not anything else.

Anyway to get around that ..and r u sure i didnt burn up a fuse. Somewhere
