I want a trailering package on a new traverse LS. Dealer said they can install it on a car on the lot. Not being factory installed but installed later, will it be just as good?

the hitch and wiring itself will be just as good if it properly installed. sometimes the factory package has additional or larger coolers for oil and transmission fluid, and these would usually not be installed by the dealer. depending on what you are towing, you may not need them. be sure to ask the dealer about these.
