The only way to answer is to get a physical layout on the block (usually 3-4 blocks) than cross section the matrix .>>>>> OR find one on Ebay that may give interchangeability info. How did the OEM block fail? I can tell you from experience you better be sure that you know what your doing because ECM outputs vary and one wrong move \\\/// your looking at "Crispy Critters"

Thanks for answering, the old block seems to be having the pin spread, female, and not making contact with a/c relay. I could wiggle relay and a/c compressor would engage, but it doesn't do that now. Horn relay was the same, but a new relay fixed that. Got a block from ebay but looks like pins are different locations and don't want to try it.
The fuse box comes apart in 2 sections... if you identify the relay from the back than it's possible to change the bad pins .. but it could be the main plug that goes into the block (there are 3). Every wire going into that fuse box has a unique color so it is possible to isolate the wires ,,, buy a relay socket and wire it in ... I have a few minutes so let me tell u exactly how it's wired

Thank you. This fuse box has 4 plugs on the back and the box seems to be a sealed unit. Part number 12171201. I have found schematics for a 99 Jimmy but I haven't found for a 98 model.

Yes, I would like for you to tell me how to wire in a relay socket and where to get one and what gauge wire should be on pigtail
