Kia Optima LX 2015 - Humming sound while turning

Kia Optima LX 2015 - That makes a Humming
sound while making a turn. I recall I was making a
left turn heard it a few times not sure what it is.
Any free advice would be appreciated .....

Greatly appreciate your advice, I found out it's the rotor that's scratched. I'm getting that fixed but will also look into other parts that may be needing attention.
