Remote won't open my car Kia Optima

My optima 2015 is keyless, now I cannot
open the door. What might be the
problem?

Try second remote if u have one, if it still doesn't wirk, u may have a dead battery in ur car

Thanks I tried both but how would I open the wood if I can't open the door

Call AAA or locksmith to unlock it so u can charge the battery

I tried two new batteries on my beeper and still is not working

there's a key inside your remote just press the button at the top and pull
