When I first looked at the VW GTI in question on  Cargrus the advertised price
said Good Deal. I just went back up on the site and now it says Fair Deal and
is above the market average with no price changes.

How do you make your pricing determinations?

Ratings are based on comparisons to other vehicles for sale on this site. So if another vehicle sold and the ad was removed , the comparisons will change. The ratings are only a quick and or ballpark indicator for you to compare cars in certain price ranges, don't take it too seriously.
