Do all the basic model 2015 Altima come with out certain cosmetic parts?
I have a new 2015 Altima basic model. Why doesn't my car come with an engine cover
and left panel inside hood

it's also missing the left panel under the hood
Depending on the trim level (in your case the Base model), I'm guessing that this would be normal. I can't see why you couldn't get those parts from an online shop, if you really wanted them. Nissan probably has them for sale, but will likely cost you more $$ ordering from them.
It's a question? What is the outlined metal tube called? The black shaded area in the picture has some white salt-like deposits sticking, what is it? Is it leaking?
