Synthetic oil

Can you change back and forth
between synthetic and regular oil?

Yes, but it's not a good idea, the vehicles I know of that did switch back and forth seemed to end up with leaking seals and gaskets. I don't do oil changes so maybe someone else on this site have more info.

Yes you can go back and forth it is a myth to help boost sales on synthetic oil

Stick with one. I would use synthetic. If you are a cheapskate use the blend.
