It says the bill of sale was signed but have not received $ or any calls from Car Gurus

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I need someone from Car Gurus to call me to communicate what is going on
with the sale of my car.  Status says Bill of Sale signed, but there is no money
in my account and zero communication from your company to me about the
transaction.  Buyer is anxious & now I am too!
