2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited

Asked by Chico0727 Mar 03, 2019 at 08:48 AM about the 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited AWD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I am in the market for my first car ever and I've
been looking at the Legacy. I test drove it and it felt
great but my only question is on the reliability of
the car? I live in SC so snow isn't a thing for me but
dirt roads are haha. Just don't want to habe buyers
remorse. Thanks.

Lots of info to review on Subaru check the forums their latest issue. Subaru is recalling 1.3 million vehicles in the U.S. because the brake lights may not illuminate properly. The recall covers certain 2014 to 2016 Forester, 2008 through 2016 Impreza and 2013 through 2017 Crosstrek vehicles. Famous for head gaskets fails ... and oil consumption.

Head gaskets are not an issue in 2015 but the car could use oil and the CVT is less than ideal.
