Buying used Outback

Hi I’m interested in buying a used 2015 Subaru
Outback limited 2.5 the car has 228k miles, single
owner and has been serviced regularly I can see
from the car fax report the previous owner drove
more than 30k Miles across state lines in the span
of 5 months at some point The car is originally from
Florida but was serviced in SC a couple of times.
Are they any major issues I should watch out for in
this vehicle I’m planning on keeping it until it
reaches 300k miles possibly car is priced below 9k

9K for a car that may die tomorrow? I would not do this unless you get the car for almost free. Once the CVT goes the car is effectively scrap.
