All cars have some level of noise. Where is said noise coming from? Maybe an exhaust leak if I have to guess.

Tire noise? Some people are hyper sensitive to noises other people don't notice.

Can you check if the tire you are riding is right? Noise is most likely coming from your tires. I bought the AltiMAX RT43 tire set at https://tiredeets.com/best-tires-for-subaru-outback/ 1 year ago, I am now very pleased with the comfort it offers. You can refer to this tire.
