If you have a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6 R, why are you changing your own oil?

I live off the grid in the Colorado San Juans. No Subaru dealer close - flew to Plano to pick up this car last year.

walth- question, how many people do you know who change their own oil, and what do you do with the old oil?? There's lots of quick oil change places and there's more to servicing your car than just changing the oil, filter, etc... Do you have your own lift and lube gun and finally "everyone doesn't know how to do this"... Remember, "" everything is easy when you know what to do ".. Finally, a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6 R is a top of the line car costing almost $38,000 or more... In this person's case, it's a case of living in a ultra remote area.. One of the biggest advantages of living in LA is the abundant services... I pay about $50 for a complete synthetic oil change, filter and tire rotation, brake check and lubrication..
