No start

I have a 2002 ford ranger 3.0l. Today the starter and the
fuel pump quit working. I have had them both checked. I
have checked fuel cut off switch. I checked all relays, wires,
and connections. I read it might be in some sort of safe
mode loke someone is trying to steal it. How do i fix it ?

A bad electronic throttle body will put your ranger into the failsafe mode. You should see if you can have the ranger scanned for any codes.
