What are the fees for buyers? Is the cost of the car actually the cost??

the prices are asking prices, negotiate down, and pay the state sales tax, tags and registration. If the car is at a dealer, maybe they have additional fees that you can also negotiate.

I can't guarantee that a dealer will try to slip in some document, window etching, or cleaning fees. Work out a price with the seller and don't sign any document until you are satisfied.
