I have a 2015 jeep Cherokee sport 4x4 with 225/65/17 tires, can I replace them with winter tires 235/60/18 from a Dodge Charger?

Well you will have to buy new wheels, you can't put 18" tires on 17" wheels. The diameter of the ones you have now, the 225/65-17 are 28.52" The 235/60-18 are 29.57" Not all that much, but remember you will also reduce your final drive gear ratio ...and MUST do all four

The tires come with the wheels from the dodge charger

If the bolt pattern is the same, and off-set, then all is well. Other words if they fit, fine
