2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Radio/Navigation/Phone Pairing Memory Problem

I contacted Jeep Assist and they suggested that I do a software update.  I
did this  and this didnt fix problem.  I took Jeep to dealer and they were
unable to fix problem. Software version on Jeep is
4AN_RA4_17.43.01_my15_NAFTA.  Radio works but my AM and FM
presets don't hold.  Phone pairs but I have to pair it every time I start the car.  
Navigation works but "Recents" are not held in memory and "Go Home" isnt
recognized.  I don't want  to replace the radio as the Cost of new radio is
$1,000 for rebuilt and $2,200 for new.  Can you suggest any other fix?
