I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4 and was told by Jiffy Lube
when I got my oil changed, that I needed to get the front and rear differentials
changed. What is the average cost for that? Because they quoted $180 for front
and $180 for rear.

Agree, have it done at the dealership. I would also consider having the oil changed at the dealership.
