Missing seatbelt buckle?!

Asked by GuruL2SJV Apr 24, 2019 at 05:53 PM about the 2015 Audi Q7 3.0T quattro Premium Plus AWD

Question type: General

My new to me suv seems to be missing the female
buckle for the middle seat. We did not notice upon
purchase because we used the car seat anchors,
but upon further inspection it seems to be missing.
Anyone have any experience with this?

It does appear to be tucked under, but we have tried everything to expose it without breaking anything. I don’t believe it’s just stuck

Same with my 2015 Q7. Middle back seat buckle is tucked under the seat. I've tried everything to get it out - feels like it is going to break, or rip the seat, to turn it around and get it out. If anyone knows a trick to this, I'd appreciate an answer...next stop is to have the dealer do it next time we take it in.

same problem here. I found the buckle is right under the seat. You can pull the right corner (facing front) of the center seat up and take it out.
