Distributor that offers wheels exchange?

I am looking to go from 17" OEM to 19" wheels on my newly bought Mustang.
Is there any wheel distributor what would accept my factory rims/tires and offer the new ones at a better price?

I see a number of aftermarket wheel vendors that accept trade-in's. ---- http://www.rtwwheels.com/store/resources/wheel-trade-in-program/ ---- http://www.customwheelsnc.com/tradeins.html ---- http://www.americanwheelandtire.com/faq/#tradein ---- and so on.... guess it all comes down to your haggling ability.
