How to use the passenger zone to adjust the heat in the console vent.

Question type: Car Customization

Hi,
We have a 2015 Taurus that serve to transport customer in the rear seats. Nobody is seated on the front passenger seat. The Taurus Limited is equiped with a My Ford Touch and dual zone.

When we adjust the temperature to max heat on the driver side and low to the passenger side, the air comming from the console vents is an mix of the 2 sides.is a mix of the 2 temperatures.

Is ther a way to modify the vehicule so the temperature for the passenger zone would also be the one for the console ?

Nothing. It's only talking about the dual zone only for driver and passengers. It'S just that the system make a mix of the air from the driver and passenger side in the rear vents. And I would like to use the the passenger zone to adjust the temp for the rear.

So I'm asking if it's possible to block the air from the driver side in the rear vents so I can get the control to the rear with the passenger zone.
