Besides the fuse in the passenger compartmemt, is there another one for the windshield washer pump? I changed out the pump, still doesn't work. Was reading only 5 volts at the plug when activating the switch formthe washer.

2002 TBird, windshield washer doesn't work. The button activates the wipers but there is
only 5 volts at the plug to the pump. I changed the pump, no joy. The fuse in the
passenger compartment is not blown. Are there any other fuses or relays under the hood
or elsewhere?

If you are getting 5v then the fuse is working BUT you seem to have some resistance in the wire to the pump or switch causing you to not get the full voltage to the pump. Also, check fuse for tightness as it could be loose and not make full contact.
