VW Passat car battery under hood dead.after pushing panic button to find.car.

Help! I have a 2015 Passat that when it sits in a
parking lot when I go in a store for several minutes
then come out and blow the car horn on Fob to
locate my car the battery under the hood won't turn
over! My husband is deceased.so.I have to
scramble to find someone to jump it! This
has.happend.weekly in the last.4.weeks! The clock
usually continues.to run. Also the cooling fan
seems to run forever sometimes. What is wrong?
