I have the BMW Tire and wheel protection plan will BMW fix it incase of a puncture

I have scratched the wheels while parking (yes I know Stupid!).  Will BMW
replace the wheels/ tires should they get punctured?

Make sure you don't take the wheels off till they look at them, otherwise they will give you a real hard time. I did, now I'm being told that they won't cover the repairs.
