HOW do I switch cruise control from kilometers to
mph

It’s called the owners manual... and it’s located usually in the glov box

Thanks jackass, wish I thought of that. Everthing but the cruise control switched.

Mine is the same way...all displays are in English except the cruise control. I checked the language setting and its on English but the cruise control doesn't switch over. Maybe CITYLIFE404 could attempt a real answer.

I looked everywhere for this answer too. And from what I’ve read is it’s unchangeable. There was a person who has had the modules replaced and it still reads as km/h. It’s just a weird setting put in by ford that can’t be changed. Really dumb.
