We just pulled up to park but the gear is stuck on
reverse, so i did all steps to release gears and even
press the Red switch under the gears. Now the
gears are unlocked but the gears are off. Need he

There are YouTube videos that cover this. It's likely you need a 15$ shift linkage bushing kit. It takes about 10 minutes to install. Check YouTube.
