Question about Exhaust size for my car

I currently have a 2015 Ford Fusion se with a
muffler delete and a resonator delete and I ordered
these varex universal muffler and I realize it might
not fit the sizing for that muffler is:
Diameter [in]: 7
Outlet Length [in]: 5
Outlet Style: Single Wall
Length [in]: 15
Inlet Outer Diameter [in]: 3
Outlet Outer Diameter [in]: 4.5
If this doesn’t fit can I somehow make it fit like a
exhaust pipe expander?
