A LOOSENING OF THE BOLT CONNECTION. AS IT LOOSENS, AN INCREASE IN ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE AT THIS CABLE CONNECTION IS POSSIBLE AND COULD CAUSE THE CABLE CONNECTION TO OVERHEAT. I never write in all upper case that is pasted, it's just a hold-down bolt and BMW being the superior car company it is issued a voluntarily recall to tighten a single bolt. So in my opinion the answer to your question is no.
Oohh I see. Cut and pasted again POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM, PCM)
