Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 1997 gmc yukon was diagnosed with a leaking(rotted) a\c condenser. i am not an auto mech but i am an a/c service tech. i am thinking about trying to save some money and do it myself. Napa has the parts i need in stock. does anyone think i should tackle this?

to do this properly you'll need to change out the filter/dryer evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and fill to the correct pressure, think it is 23psi~
