Conventional oil 3K, synthetic blend 5K. Full synthetic 7K. These last 2'will all be debated but I have done the first and last on this list and I have never had even a medium level issue with an engine. My most recent car I have had for 12 years. I am very pleased by how this 2002 runs. Always buy the best filters. A few dollars is worth years of trouble and payment free driving!
