car is 2 years old with 46,000 miles no one at dealer has said anything about tune-up, or timing belt or anything mechanical just wondering when should I be concerned about these things..

Asked by Rottengirl Sep 17, 2017 at 02:01 AM about the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

don't know if the car has an interferance engine but I certainly can't afford a new engine because I don't know where to get the information I need to be sure my little car is going to be here a long time.

You have plenty of time to have the timing belt changed. If you want peace of mind have it tuned up, fluids changed and filters changed. Have the mechanic inspect the belt.
