Sell 2011 BMW 328 xDrive for 2015 328d?

Asked by GalaxyTree Sep 02, 2019 at 09:07 AM about the 2015 BMW 3 Series 328d Sedan RWD

Question type: General

Which of these 2 Beemers is more reliable? I
do Uber so consistently losing money on the
2011 328, though I love this car I only get 19
MPH! I read that the BMW 328d gets 44+
MPG which would be huge savings for Uber.

That 44 plus mileage would be for highway mileage. Diesels get better fuel economy if the car is being driven all day and long trips. Short trips, like in town, no noticeable difference. Depends on what your range is when you drive.

The BMW 328d gets better/equivalent mileage to a hybrid. Also, only do Uber part time so want Beemer for safety and style as my personal vehicle. Had a 325xi that saved my life on highway crash. Toyota prolly not so much. My two cents.
