2015 Town and Country AC Issue

When I turn the front AC speed up, sometimes it takes awhile for it to speed up, but eventually does. Sometimes the speed will randomly decrease, but then come back after a bit. When the front AC blower speed decreases, I can adjust the rear passengers speed higher, and that seems to be unaffected. At least it sounds like it is blower higher with no issue.

My guess is that is is the AC Blower Resistor judging by how it is acting, but wanted to see if anyone else had some expertise.

I also noticed that when the fan speed decreases, I can hear a buzzing that seems to be coming from somewhere in the dash.

You may have multiple issues happening, you need a professional to check the HVAC system over. This can be a budget killer especially if it involves blend doors or servo motors.
