Clock and date are gone

Asked by Guru1DVHZ Aug 20, 2019 at 12:14 PM about the 2015 Kia Soul +

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Called Kia they told me to pull my ACC fuse to reset it. That
did nothing (mind you the heat index is 105 here so not a
happy camper atm.) I called another dealer they said it is
the satelite and it is affecting other make and models as
well. She said it will affect your GPS times as well. There is
nothing we can do until the satelite is updated again. If
anyone gets their clock/date back let me know.

Push the rest button on the nav/radio console and remove and put in the SD card for your Nav feature at the same time with the car running. Then turn off car and restart car. It should be reset.
