Car started by itself

We have had this car (2015 hyundai sonata hybrid
limited) 4 months and today while my wife was at
work it started itself, overheated and started
smoking. It's been towed in for service, was just
curious if anyone else has had this problem? She
had the key inside with her and she has to log into
her app to remote start the car.

we have a 2016, this has happened 3 times with us. It just happened again yesterday we went outside early in the morning and the car was running, we hadn't been anywhere for several days. no reason for it to start.
It fried the battery when this happened, Hyundai replaced the battery, free of charge. It has not happened since. It has been a great car and my wife loves it
I got this car In August this year. Yesterday I went to my wife's job and walked by the car and it was running. I didn't start it remotely. But my key fob would not unlock the doors. I had to use the blue link app to unlock the doors and get inside to push the engine stop button.
It just happened the one time for us, Hyundai replaces the battery and we havent had a problem since. My wife loves this car
