Hello to any mechanic that works on 4.3 liter vortec engines this is a question for you ; what would cause a couple cylinders to spit out masses of gasoline into the spark plug chambers?

I want to know how to narrow down
exactly what it is wheather its the
spider or the ecm? ? Any simple fests
that I can run to find sulutions to my
problem would be well appreciated .

Fuel pressure regulator,or as you said,spider vein is bad,the bad is,no way to test the spider,but check the regulator by checking the fuel pressure,if pressure is good,then more than likely the spider.

Just replace the Spider assembly. It comes with a replacement regulator. Usually the leaky regulator makes the middle 2 cylinders run super rich
