Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn headlights on and drive for about 3 miles..the right headlight goes out. If I turn lights off and back on it goes on for awhile then off again. Any help?

Pat, In order for the headlight to work I have to bend the highbeam prong back and plug it in. It works for a little time, goes off. If I turn lights off and back on it works. Only for a little time. Could it be the bulb it's self?

You can replace them to see. If bending the prong gets it to come on it couls be the harness you plug the light into.

Harness was changed and it still did the same thing. I'm gonna change the bulbs to see... It only happens on the right light. Left light is good.

Yeah, id change the bulb and see of that works. Could be a faulty harness too. But id start with the bulbs.
