Well it's definitely a dual cat-back exhaust, I don't think it's stock because it's missing the resonators which should be right at the ends before the exhaust tips. The mufflers do look like Flowmasters, as seen here: https://www.carid.com/2014-dodge-challenger-exhaust-systems/flowmaster-outlaw-exhausts-23234874.html (copy and paste and omit and spaces as Cargurus inserts them on occasion). Retail they're around 500 to 1,000, lower to middle of the pack as far as such exhaust upgrades go. What can you sell them for? Whatever someone will pay for them. I think if you got 150 for them you'd be lucky.
Those small Cherry Bomb mufflers will be loud as hell. It is not worth all that much maybe $100 to $200 if you find an interested buyer.
