My JIMMY WONT MOVE

My 96JIMMY WAS RUNNING GREAT AND ONE
NIGHT THERE WAS A BIG CEMENT SLAB ACROSS
THE ROAD (couldn't see it until you drove over it).
MY TRYCK STARTED MAKING A LOUD KRESH
KRESH NOISE SO I PULLED OVER AND SHUT IT
IFF. IT SRARTED RIGHT BACK UP BUT NOW WILL
NOT MOVE WHEN PUT IN R OR D IN 2W OR 4 W.

That cement slab probably damaged the transmission. I would call your insurance company and file a claim for collision loss. The highway department is somewhat responsible for road hazards even though it probably got there by falling off a truck. I know a guy who ran over a tree laying in the road from a storm. Insurance paid damages.

Transmission, transfer case or driveshaft is likely damaged. It would be a matter for the insurance company, but I would be shocked if you had full coverage on a 1996 GMC.
