AC issues with 2015 Chevy Cruze

I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze which when the engine
is switched off the blower comes on at 10 second
intervals approximately 5 minutes after the vehicle
is switched off. I recently had the vehicle checked
by the dealer for another issue with the headlights
malfunctioning and asked them to check on the AC
as well, however they said that nothing is wrong.
The car is no longer under warranty and it has
become problematic since the vehicle crossed
60000km

Its not the ac, its the radiator fan turning on and off to help cool the engine after shut down. Very common on newer cars with electric radiator fans. Once the engine is cool enough, it wont do that any longer.
