Advertised car not available. Its still listed for sale. Explain please

listed for sale, but when I called, it was no longer available.  Explain this?

It could be this website doesn't work very well and keep up with participants profiles. My question was listed ALL day yesterday and yet today, the website is telling me "You have not asked any questions yet" ~ so...there you go. (AND I am on page 5 now hoping still to find my questions somewhere, despite this though I imagine I will give up if a good keyword search doesn't return it (and not use this site anymore). Maybe the advertisement was taken down by owner but this website did not "keep it down". I'm annoyed to have spent so much time getting to know this site and how to use it. I was really hoping for some responses.
