Is there any dealer can sell me a car with 0% apr , I just can't buy anything with interest for personal reasons. Thank you

From time to time the manufacturers will offer 0% APR as a sales incentive on new cars. Other than that a dealer will not offer you that rate because it costs them money. If you don't want to pay interest then save up your money and pay cash. If you can't afford to pay cash then you need to pay interest as a cost of using someone else's money.
