Is the rim 16 inches? I think you have a 15 inch rim.
Stock is P215/45R17.. 17 inch wheels. So lets do the math --65 mph shown on speedo actual speed 60.09 mph ..Sidewall Height 28% difference partially made up by smaller wheel
Geez, doing all that math hurt...I forgot your real question..No.
What Fordnut said is correct. Unless you have aftermarket 16' wheels but then the speedometer will be off. Yea my head hurt to just reading that Fordnut, LOL.
Now I need a Motrin. Or Morphine.
LOL! Oh I'll bet you do. The picture helped me a lot though! I understand that stuff but trying to explain it in writing is a bit of a P.I.T.A.
Yep, especially trying to explain aspect ratios. Bigger number=taller sidewall USUALLY, it's the % of width. It's also an illusion that the gray area the rim is the same but it's not
FordNut before seeing your maths I went and installed 225/60r16 on my Toyota Corolla 2014 and luckily it fit.
How is it 9 months later? Lol own a 14 L Corolla and curious
