Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an automatic Corolla LE 2015. My shift knob
is set on "D" but my dashboard shows "S". The
dashboard won't say anything if I try to put it on "P"
"R" or "N" it's just blank...it's making me check
engine light turn on. Car runs just fine. Does anyone
know what the problem is  TIA!!

I can't tell what if any problem there is from your description. I recommend you read the owners manual. If the CEL is on you need to have the trouble codes read but your car is probably still under warranty so you should take it to your dealer.

It's not under warranty anymore ): it only was for 30 days

You can have the codes read at most auto parts stores for free. Independent auto repair shops will have better prices than stealerships.
