My listing still is not active and has no deal rating

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

5+ hours have passed since I submitted my listing, and it still is not active. I've been checking my e-mail regularly (incl. Spam folder) and no sign of any e-mail asking me to verify anything. Additionally, my listing (still in 'Processing' status) says No Deal Rating even though I'm selling a common year, make, and model, and the value estimator was working fine when it helped me set my sell price. What seems to be the problem? I had hoped to get people looking at it this weekend!

It seems you’re right. I thought 15-60 min. was the norm. But everything was all squared away after 24 hrs. Good to go now!

You cannot get any help from these people, it's really sad! I have wasted 2 months of time that I could have advertised where they appreciate my business.
