DO NOT purchase a car from a buy here/ pay here dealer. They are without a doubt the worst places to purchase an automobile.

If you really want a good used car, then look at purchasing a late model lease return from a "New Car Dealership"... they have the best crop of used cars, sometimes you can find a really nice CPO car, I recommend this highly, and "new car dealerships have a stellar reputation to protect.... they sell new cars to people all the time", The very last thing they can afford or want is to have people trash their business. Finally, the whole concept of buy here, pay here is insidious. They want you to come back to their location once a month and hand them cash or check. This is a ridiculous waste of time, suppose you want to move to another area. If you have good credit, most financial institutions will loan you money for a used car from 2 to 4 percent.
